Transfers from Victorian Government Schools Grade 1 – 6
If transferring from a Government school in Victoria, please complete the Application to Enrol in a Victorian Government School form – Application to Enrol and Supporting Documents
Please ensure that you have contacted your child’s current school and advised them of your intention to change schools.
We request you provide:
- Enrolment Supporting Document Requirements – please view attached.
- Birth Certificate Application to enrol in a Victorian Govt School
- Immunisation Certificate
- Legal documentation – if relevant
- Visa (VIVO) statement – if relevant
Enrolments Grade 1 – 6 From Interstate, Overseas or Private Schools
Please complete a full enrolment form Full Student Enrolment Form or pick up a pack, available upon request from the school’s office.
We request you provide:

School tours for students transferring to Lara Lake PS are held the first Friday of each month during Term 2 & 3 at 9.15am. Please contact the office on 5282 1261 to book.
