Prep Enrolments
Your child must be 5 years old by 30 April in the year that they start school. Schooling is compulsory for children who have turned 6 years old.
The 2026 Prep information night was held on Wednesday May 14th at 6.30pm. If you wish for a tour of the school, these typically happen on the first Friday of each month, when staff are available. Please contact the office to book on 5282 1261 or email lara.lake.ps@education.vic.gov.au.
What you need to do:
Please submit the student enrolment asap.
1. Use https://www.findmyschool.vic.gov.au/ to find your catchment.

Late applications may still be handed in. The Orientation program is due to commence in October.
PREP ORIENTATION SESSIONS
If you have enrolled for Prep 2026 you should have been given an orientation group. The orientation groups are:
Group A: Tuesday 11th November, Tuesday 18th November and Tuesday 25th November.
Group B: Wednesday 12th November, Wednesday 19th November and Wednesday 26th November
Group C: Thursday 13th November, Thursday 20th November and Thursday 27th November.
