To celebrate the students completing their first year in Prep, we will be going to the movies to watch 'Sing'.  We will then be having lunch at the Geelong Botanic Gardens and walking down for games at Eastern Beach.

The senior students who have displayed exemplary behaviour throughout the 2018 school year and have consistently striven to learn and do their personal best will be celebrating the end of a fabulous year at Adventure Park. Students are able to wear casual clothes on top of their swimming gear. Students must wear sunscreen and also must reapply it throughout the day as well as following Sunsmart recommendations e.g. hats and other protective items.

To complement our current Inquiry ‘Celebrations of the World’ the Grade 4 students will be visiting the You Yangs National Park to explore Indigenous Culture with a guide from Wathaurong. Throughout this experience students will learn about traditions, culture, celebrations and dance.

As a way to transition students into the Camps Program and provide opportunities to develop their independence and strengthen peer relationships, students will work together to set tables, serve food and clear tables after dinner. This special dinner is also our way of celebrating what a fantastic school year 2018 has been.

The swimming program is to help develop children's skills in and around water.
